Virtual Tour of Our Nursery

Smiling Faces Pre-school is situated within a hall in The Penge Congregational Church. We have a wide variety of learning resources as well as access to an outdoor space to develop everyone learning skills as part of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.

At Smiling faces Pre-school, we provide a multi-cultural service to all families and their children in the community and the surrounding communities. We provide an environment that is safe and combines learning with play in a professional way. We recognise the diversity and complex needs of each unique individual.

We are registered to accept 23 children per session and offer places to children age 2-5 years old. Our sessions are 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm or a full day 9am-3pm. We offer spaces for the extended 30-hour entitlement, universal 15 hours for 3 & 4 years old and the 2-year-old funding for eligible families. Children attending the full day bring their own pack lunch. A healthy snack is provided on both sessions.

Our pre-school reflects the overarching principles of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years and the children learning and development is guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage.
